Q: How long it will take to get my product after placing an order?
A: An average time for delivery in EU is 12-14 business days. More often than not parcels arrive faster. In case of delay we will inform you accordingly. Please note that due to the huge variety of color and material combinations Vorsteiner and Elite Carbon products are not kept on stock. Consider 3 weeks lead time and respective time for shipping depending on country where you are located.

Q: Is the shipping cost included in the total price?
A: Unless otherwise specified shipping cost is not included in the total due amount. Shipping is charged separately. It is calculated once you place your order and depends on your location, size and weight of ordered products. UPS Standard rates apply.

Q: How can I be sure that the products are genuine?
A: All parts are genuine with authentication certificates from the manufacturer (where applicable). We do NOT sell replicas!

Q: I'm located outside the EU. Can I place an order with you?
A: We may handle orders to countries outside the EU. For some products we may offer huge discounts for non-EU orders. Please request a quotation at info@trackinspired.com. Do not forget to refer to your country, product, vehicle model.

Q: How do I install parts on my car?
A: Most parts are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). They can be installed by your Serivce partner or by yourself. We advice installation to be handled by experienced professionals.
